  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Please allow additional time for custom-made products. Specific processing times will be noted in the product description.

3. Shipping Times & Rates

    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days — Rate based on your order and calculated at checkout

4. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to meet the stated shipping timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Framify is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier to resolve the issue. Framify is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided.
